DevOps Engineer

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer passionate about automation, reliability and cloud infrastructure. You'll be responsible for making sure the team ships quickly, securely and reliably, working 100% remotely.

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or cloud infrastructure.

• English B2 or higher (mandatory).

• Daily use of AI tools to automate and boost productivity (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT or Claude).

• Applied AI: experience deploying and monitoring AI services or models in the cloud.

• Strong experience with AWS (certification preferred), GCP or Azure.

• Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, GKE or AKS).

• CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins.

• Linux and scripting in Bash or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the CI/CD strategy.

• Manage cloud infrastructure as code.

• Administer containers and Kubernetes clusters.

• Implement monitoring, alerting and log management.

• Apply security, backup and disaster recovery best practices.

Nice to have

• Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog or ELK.

• Ansible and Helm.

• Experience with cloud cost optimization (FinOps).

• Certifications (AWS, CKA or Terraform Associate).

• DevSecOps and security scanning tools.

• 100% remote from any country in Latin America, no relocation needed.

• Flexible hours with partial overlap with the client's time zone.

• Work with cloud infrastructure at scale and modern tooling.
