Frontend Developer (React)

We're looking for a Frontend Developer specialized in React who cares about both the code and the user experience. You'll turn designs into fast, accessible and maintainable interfaces, working closely with design and product teams 100% remotely.

• 5+ years of experience with React (hooks, context, functional components).

• English B2 or higher (mandatory).

• Daily use of AI tools to code and boost productivity (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, v0, ChatGPT or Claude).

• Applied AI: experience building interfaces for AI features (chat, streaming responses, assistants).

• TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• State management: Redux Toolkit, Zustand or React Query.

• Advanced CSS: Tailwind, Styled Components or CSS Modules.

• Testing with Jest and React Testing Library.

• Build tools: Vite or Webpack.

Responsibilities

• Turn Figma designs into reusable, responsive components.

• Manage application state and API consumption.

• Optimize performance (loading, rendering, Core Web Vitals).

• Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.

• Define the frontend architecture, lead the design system and mentor the team.

Nice to have

• Next.js (SSR/SSG) and technical SEO.

• Storybook and experience with design systems.

• React Native for mobile projects.

• GraphQL with Apollo Client.

• Animations with Framer Motion.

• 100% remote from any country in Latin America, no relocation needed.
