Information provided by a candidate may be used to identify and evaluate their compatibility with other selection processes, positions, or job opportunities managed by Dev Talenty, when this is compatible with the purposes for which the information was collected.

For example, if a candidate participates in a selection process for a specific position and their profile may be relevant for another professional opportunity, Dev Talenty may use the available information to evaluate such compatibility and, when applicable, contact the candidate.

This allows candidates to be considered for future opportunities compatible with their experience, knowledge, and professional profile.

6. Information retention

Personal information collected through our platform may be stored for a period of up to forty-eight (48) months.
